If you are lucky, you will see that our islands are smiling at you.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_1.jpg\" alt=\"Gaya Island and water villages\" \/><br \/>\nYou won&#8217;t miss <a href=\"\/gayana-eco-resort\/\">Gaya Island<\/a> and the water villages, as Gaya is the largest island near KK. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_2.jpg\" alt=\"Gaya Island\" \/><br \/>\nThe &#8220;similing&#8221; islands are just next to Gaya Island (see yellow arrow). <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_3.jpg\" alt=\"view from window seat\" \/><br \/>\nDepending on your luck, your plane may or may not pass by &#8220;Smiley Island&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_4.jpg\" alt=\"Smiley Island\" \/><br \/>\nYou can only see it when the angle is right. I saw it when my flight departed from Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_5.jpg\" alt=\"Smiley Island\" \/><br \/>\n If you are at the window seat, you would be greeted by our Smiley Islands.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_6.jpg\" alt=\"Manukan, Mamutik and Sulug Island\" \/><br \/>\nThis Smiley Island is formed by 3 islands in <a href=\"\/wordpress\/?p=176\">Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park<\/a>, namely <a href=\"\/wordpress\/?p=163\">Manukan Island (Pulau Manukan)<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wordpress\/?p=172\">Mamutik Island (Pulau Mamutik)<\/a> and <a href=\"\/wordpress\/?p=173\">Sulug Island (Pulau Sulug)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone wants to guess what are the islands below?<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mysabah.com\/images\/2013\/20130414_7.jpg\" alt=\"islands\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next time get a window seat.
